Christian Louboutin to Design Cinderella Shoes

Fairytales do come true! The girliest girl things to ever exist: High heels and Disney Princesses will be combined by world-famous shoe designer, Christian Louboutin this summer.

Womens Wear Daily reported, "Christian Louboutin will celebrate Cinderella in the only way seemingly fit for a shoe designer: by creating his own interpretation of the infamous “glass slipper.” The designer will put his own “magic touch” on the shoes — to be formally revealed in the summer — in honor of Walt Disney’s rerelease of “Cinderella” on Blu-ray and DVD this fall."

Louboutin said, “I have been so lucky to have crossed paths with Cinderella, an icon who is so emblematic to the shoe world as well as the dream world,” said Louboutin.
