Man Set Bonfires to Keep His Pot Plants Warm

It's unbelievable what people will do to make sure their pot stays warm.

Daniel Selmon, 23, has been charged with possession and illegal production of marijuana.

An officer spotted two large bonfires burning in the backyard of his home, The investigator found three large marijuana plants growing in a corner of the backyard.

According to police, Selmon set the bonfires in an attempt to keep the marijuana plants warm in the cold weather. Responding officers confiscated approximately 6.5 pounds plants.

Next time he should just wrap the weed in a blanket.
