I wish this would happen in real life. I wish every stupid person that got this stupid phone on the first day it came out didn't get the chance to get it because some idiot employee broken them all.

Hate hate hate hate hate.

Anyway, though, at least this prank is good for a serious laugh at everyone's reactions.
