Man Shrugs When Police Ask if he Peed on a Police Car

A man has been arrested because he shrugged when a policeman asked if he'd urinated on his patrol car.

What an idiot.

An officer spotted a group of people sitting in the gazebo at the center of the park were caught drinking and asked to leave. One of the men asked if he could go to the bathroom first. The officer pointed out there was no bathroom at the park. The man said, "Where's your car then, I'll pee on that." He was told to leave.

According to NWF Daily, when the officer got back to his car, the man was leaning on his police car. He told the man to leave the park, the man said "Take me to jail." The officer asked the man if he were refusing to leave the park, and the repeated, "Take me to jail then."

The officer asked if the man had urinated on the patrol car. The man shrugged. At that point he was arrested for trespassing.
