Max Fitness Program: Week Four Update
So I just finished week four of the MAX 10 week program. I am feeling fantastic.
Never in my life did I think I would be capable of doing some of the exercises in this program. If you said to me one month ago that I would be able to hold a plank position for more than 2 minutes, I would have laughed in your face.
But here I am a month later, holding plank every night in class. Each night I am pumped to see how far I can push myself with each exercise.
We switched up the diet this week. We are now ‘carbohydrate cycling’. This means we switch every other day between 2 servings of carbohydrates and 1 serving of carbohydrates.
I am struggling with the high carbohydrate days because those days we go without any servings of ‘healthy fats’ (I am addicted to peanut butter).
But I am committed to this program and I am enjoying the results I’ve received so far.
