The 100 Swing Challenge
How fast can you perform 100 kettlebell swings with perfect form?
I've used the kettlebell many times, but never timed myself doing 100 swings.
Todd Durkin, c.s.c.s, trainer to many pro athletes, simply explains the benefits of kettlebell exercises.
Most of the kettlebell's weight is below the handle. That means its center of gravity actually shifts during the course of the exercise, forcing your stabilizer muscles to work even harder as they try to counteract the momentum of the swing. The result: A better metabolic burn and more strength in less time.
The challenge may sound simple, but many people perform the kettlebell swing incorrectly, especially when getting tired.
Durkin completed the challenge in four minutes and four seconds.
