Max Fitness Program: Week Two Update
It’s officially the weekend and I just completed week two of the Max Fitness program. Let’s just say I’m feeling the BURN.

The diet plan is actually getting easier now that I’m settling in and getting used to it. Ezekiel bread has become my best friend. If you haven’t had it, head over to the supermarket and grab a loaf. It’s flourless and loaded with protein and fiber. Plus it’s delicious!

The workouts have become more intense but I feel my body becoming more resilient. I never thought that I could get a complete cardio workout without a treadmill or elliptical. Majority of the cardio is laid out in intervals of three 30 second exercises which we repeat three times. Try saying that THREE times fast!

One of the best things about MAX is the drive it gives you. Our class is a “family” but we also partake in “sibling rivalry”. We are each other’s competition, inspiration, and motivation.

I am getting stronger and it feels great! I love MAX Fitness.
