'Golden Moment Pack' Being Released This Weekend

So yesterday I stopped at my local mall to find out more information about the 'Golden Moment Pack'. I found out that my mall is actually doing a raffle ticket drawing to see who gets to purchase a pair.

I'm not sure if I love or hate this! I don't really think it's fair that employees can just pick the numbers of their family and friends if they want to.

You agree to indemnify and hold MPS harmless from and against all claims, demands, loss, liability, damages and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements), including actions for infringement of copyright, any third par ty claim inconsistent with your representations and warranties or otherwise in connection with our use of your Content under the terms of this License. 7.
