Happy National Cheesecake Day

Today is National Cheesecake Day.

I've only recently become a fan of this desert, and I therefore fully support everyone going out and grabbing a slice or even making their own!

Cheesecake is typically made with cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Graham cracker crusts and fruit toppings are also added to enhance the cheesecake experience.

There are dozens of different cheesecake varieties. Some of the most popular flavors are strawberry, key lime, and peanut butter cup. There are also many styles of cheesecake. Different countries (and even cities) have their own version of this classic dessert.
