Burger King Employee Posts Online Photo of Himself Stepping on Lettuce, Gets Busted

A worker in an Ohio Burger King posted a picture of himself stepping in bins of lettuce online.

The image was posted on the internet image board 4chan with the description, “This is the lettuce you eat at Burger King.”

Appalled, other 4chan users used the GPS data included in the picture to find where it was taken. It took just 15 minutes to disclose the location of the anonymous fast food employee.

Local news media were immediately contacted and the suspect was discovered.

The suspect was a long-term employee at the Mayfield Heights branch of Burger King in Cleveland, according to the Huffington Post.

The man who posted the picture, as well as the shift manager on duty at the time, will be fired.

While I'm sure disgusting nonsense goes on like this all the time, you have to be a special kind of dumbass to publicize your douchebaggery online. You pretty much can't get away with anything on the internet anymore, and there's hardly such a thing as being "anonymous".
