Kris Humphries Gets $24 Million Payday

The King of Douchebaggery, Kris Humphries, has taken a break from playing victim to the whole Kim Kardashian divorce drama to bask in the glory of his new two-year contract with the Brooklyn Nets.

Last night, Humphries posted a tweet that obviously mocks Kanye West saying, "I'm up at Brooklyn! @S_C_ 'lucky I didn't have Jay drop me from the team' lol!"

The tweet is a reference to the diss-track Kanye released in which he trashed Kris and bragged that he could have Jay-Z fire Kris at his discretion.

According to ESPN, Humphries scored a serious raise with this new two-year contract for $24 million. His previous contract was a one-year deal worth $8 million.

This all seems like an uncomfortable situation considering the Nets are partially owned by Jay-Z, who's best friends with Kanye West - who currently nails Kris' estranged wife.

Humphries should consider himself very lucky as he apparently doesn't actually need all that drama with Kim Kardashian to make a good living.
