They say that "revenge is a dish best served cold", but by "cold" I do not believe it was meant to be taken as literally as Dawn Elaine Barran took it after catching her husband cheating.

Barran, 45, spotted her husband with his "current girlfriend" shopping at a Walgreens in Port St. Lucie, FL - and as they shopped, Barran "happened to come inside the store as well" according to the affidavit.

She then apparently started arguing with her husband about the whole girlfriend scenario, and then proceeded to hit him over the head with a bag of ice cream he just purchased. Bag of ice cream? I didn't even know bags of ice cream existed, but OK...

Unfortunately Barran did not have a "good humor" about her "rocky road" of a relationship with her husband, so beating him with ice cream seems pretty appropriate. However, she didn't stop at the ice cream beating, because when the husband and girlfriend tried to leave the store she then switched her game up and hit the husband first with her fists and then with her car keys.

She was arrested later that day at her home on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. The cheating husband suffered scratches to his hand and chest. Unfortunately the ice cream is not expected to make a full recovery, and seems to be the worst victim in this love triangle.
