Saturday's Weekend Warrior Event at The Draft House

Saturday night the team from MPS Entertainment and Sitch News partied at The Draft House in Long Branch, NJ. It was an awesome night with an excited crowd watching UFC 148. The Draft House was also celebrating the birthdays of two of their team members, Dougey Fresh, and bartender Michelle D.

At around 9PM, we sat down for a relaxing dinner so we would be fueled for the night. Their delicious menu has everything from all different types of wraps and burgers to nachos, chicken fingers (which I had with BBQ sauce and they were BANGIN'!), and everything in between. After we were done getting our grub on, it was time for the real fun to get started.

The crowd poured in as the fights began and we knew it was going to be a good night. Tito Ortiz lost to Forrest Griffin in the last fight of Ortiz's career. Both tired in the first round, but Griffin took a unanimous decision over Ortiz in the gruesome match. The main fight had the crowd roaring, as Anderson Silva defeated Chael Sonnen. After the fights ended, the lights went down and DJ Marc Maurice kept the fun going. The crowd was great and the vibe was very chill. We had a blast straight through until the end and can't wait to go back!

Thursday, July 12th, we will be at D'Jais in Belmar, NJ. The theme is "New Years Eve" so make sure to come dressed to impress! D'Jais is located at 1801 Ocean Avenue. For more information, check out their website.
