Well this is disturbing.
Florida legislature passed an anti-bestiality law last year, but forgot to include oral sex as one of the forbidden acts in the bill.
This bodes well for a man named Eric Antunes, 29, as he would have been one of the first people prosecuted under the new law. Police discovered pictures of him engaging in sexual acts with his girlfriends three-legged dog on his cell phone. Since the law does not actually forbid oral sex with animals, he will not be facing any charges because of this loophole.
Antunes was originally targeted by police after receiving a tip he had child porn on his computer, however when they searched, they also found graphic pictures of him molesting the dog. An even crazier part about this story? Well, the girlfriend, was the Medical Director of the Pinellas County Human Society, though she was unaware of what was going on. Oh, and Antunes worked at the shelter as well.
Although Antunes got off on the dog-blowing charges, he is still up for charges on the child porn charge.
So, it's legal to marry your cousin in more states than it is legal to marry your same sex partner, and in Florida it's perfectly fine to blow your dog.
