Crystal Clear Potato Chips Look Delicious

Holy moly, these look absolutely delicious...and surprisingly they aren't as terribly unhealthy as you would imagine.

The websiteInstructables gives a tutorial how to make this unique snack, and apparently although crystal clear they still taste exactly like potato chips. However, you can have a guilt free indulgence with this twist on the simple chip.

This is a sure fire, and equally impressive way to surprise your friends at any 4th of July BBQs you may be attending. I'm excited to give it a whirl and try this out on my own.
