Naked Man Killed By Police After Eating the Face Off His Victim

In a scene which seems as though it is straight out of the movie The Silence of the Lambs, a crazed man was found chewing off another man's face in Miami this weekend.

The horror began around 2pm, on the MacArthur causeway, when sources say...The officer approached and saw that the naked man was actually chewing the other man's head, according to witnesses. The officer ordered the naked man to back away, and when he continued the assault, the officer shot him.
The attacker continued to eat the man, despite being shot, forcing the officer to continue firing. Witnesses said they heard at least a half dozen shots
Police believe that the "crazed cannibal" might have been suffering from "cocaine psychosis," (or METH), which induces crazed behavior and bakes the body internally and often leads the affected to strip naked to try and cool off.

The victim of the assault is currently in the hospital in critical condition, and the "Hannibal Lecter wannabe" died from the gunshot wounds.

What an awful situation any way you look at it. Not just for the victim in the assault, but the officers and onlookers as well. I think there's going to be a lot of sleepless nights for everyone involved. Scary.
