Katy Perry Nail Swag

Katy Perry is definitely one funky lady when it comes to fashion, but she has recently decided to express it on her nails.

On Twitter a couple days ago, she posted a photo of her fresh manicure saying "My fingers are in FULL bloom today!"

Meh. I really love 3-D nail art when it's done right- aka just on a couple fingers- which leaves me feeling like this is a bit much. Don't get me wrong though, I'm well aware that Katy Perry is always making crazy fashion statements and most of the time getting away with it and nails shouldn't be an exception.

MTV Style reported that the woman most likely responsible for Katy’s nail design is Kimmie Kyees, who's an expert in cray manicures.
